Description
The fool-proof, or infallible four refer to four of the over 50 wild mushrooms that are easy to identify, abundant and what we call “choice” edibles, meaning delicious. Hunter Le Duc of the Illinois Mycological Association will teach us how to recognize these four mushrooms and a handful more that can be found easily, locally and turned into succulent and nutritious meals.
