Take & Bake: Coconut Key Lime Thumbprints

Impress the palettes of your friends and loved ones this spring with a fresh take on a classic thumbprint cookie. We’ll make a key lime curd and nestle it into a cookie full of rich, coconut flavor. 

Registrants will receive a packet with a recipe card, the dry ingredients for the recipe, and a link to a video of the library’s resident baking-lover, Kylee, walking you through the recipe.

Pick up will be available from Monday, April 11 to Saturday, April 16.

Priority for this program will be given to those with Cherry Valley library cards. Those without a Cherry Valley card will be placed on a pending waiting list upon registration. If spaces are available after registration closes, you will be notified of a status change via email. Those on the waitlist will still receive a digital recipe emailed to them with a link to the exclusive bake along video.
