Looking for something to help you unwind after a busy day? Local yoga instructor Marie Bridges will teach you basic yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you find balance and ease. Leave class with a new sense of relaxation and tools for handling the stressful moments in life. Registration and payment of a $5 registration fee must be done in person at the library.
