This Grab & Go kit includes supplies to make your own Mindful Journal. This journal is a safe space where you can write your thoughts and bring mindfulness into your daily routine. By spending just a few minutes with it every day, you can make your life calmer, more focused, and overall easier. If you don't want to write, you could also use it as an art journal.
Kits will include a journal, decorating supplies, and writing prompts. Kits will be available for pick up from the library beginning June 16th and will be available for one week, until June 23rd. For ages 10 to 18.
Registration is required. Registration for this program closes Friday, June 12th.
