If you would like to have a greater sense of calm, be more present in your daily life, or experience more joy in life, then this class is for you. Join Sandy Williams to learn about full body presence and how this can enhance your well-being. You will be led through a 20 minute meditative exploration to ground and fill your body. You will learn about five principles to help you be more present in your life and use your whole being to live a fuller, richer life.
